Our first time for trying food from Bhutan. All a little bit different, but nothing too radical.
The fried dumplings were a variety of beef, chicken or vegetables. Very nice with a little bit of soy sauce.
The chicken was a bit plain, as were the steamed vegetables.
All the other dishes had distinct flavours, all a bit different from what we've had before. The beef was a bit dry and tough. The pork dishes were the favourites.

The gulub jamun with ice cream for dessert was a fitting (and filling) conclusion.
