Entrees:
· PaniPuri (small crispy puffed bread, served with potatoes with tamarind chutney and spicy mint water) – I wasn’t quite sure how to tackle this dish. Jim showed me how to construct it. You make a hole in the bread, stuff the potatoes into the hole, pour the sauce into the hole and eat it. The dish wasan interesting eating experience but I’m not sure whether it was worth it. Is the puffed bread meant to be warm? Are the potatoes meant to be warm?
· Vegetable Pakora – delicious

· Malai Kofta – this dish was our favourite
· Dal Tadka
· Lamb Madras
· Fish Malabar
· Beef Bhuna Marsala delicious

· Pistachio Kulfi - good
· Ras Malai (cottage cheese dumplings soaked in thickened sweet milk garnished with dried fruit, served cold) – very very delicious and refreshing
