Duck Pancakes – delicious. The pancake was still warm and the filling was like san choi bau (filled with duck)
Mains – all mains were very good.
· Eggplant and seafood in chilli bean sauce
· Deep-fried calamari in spicy rock salt and chilli
· Shanghai slow cooked pork belly – fantastic, melt in the mouth. We loved the sauce.
· Honey seasonal greens (snow peas and sugar snap peas)
