My goodness, yet another birthday, this time Jim's. Takeaway from Flavours of India, very yummy.  Great chance to see Kim's garden plus the monstrous reno next door to her. Plus perfect wine

Duck pancakes, Chilli chicken wings, Cumin lamb, Chilli beef, Fish, Eggplant, Squid, Beans.

Hooray, we're out of lockdown, but not quite ready to brave eating in crowded restaurants, so opted for home delivery at Megan's with chocolate delight provided by Karen.  Very satisfying all round.

Now this was another birthday, Megan's, last meal before lockdown? Special dinner, shared plates, didn't disappoint.  Well worth tracking down this hidden gem in Yarralumla.

Forgot who was there...everyone except Andrew?

A bit of a surprise as this was suggested by Megan, we hadn't been before but it really stunned everyone because it was so good.

It must have been someone's birthday because we went back to Megan's place for dessert from Flute in Fyshwick which was rich and lovely.  Plus to see the dogs.

Flavours of India Woden - 7 July 2021

In attendance were Jim, John, Karen, Kim and Ron.

This was for John's birthday.

All the dishes were really good - mostly old favourites. The eggplant and squid dishes were new. The pepper squid was quite a surprise - definitely the best dish of the night.
